SCHWEIBERT LESSMANN appoints Dr. Elena Heimann as Partner and Andreas Reisner as Counsel

Certified Specialist for Employment Law Dr. Elena Heimann, who previously worked for us as Counsel in Frankfurt am Main, was appointed Partner in our law firm as of January 1, 2025. The 39-year-old advises and represents national and international clients, in particular in matters of works constitution law, in the structuring of employment relationships and in the context of restructuring projects. She is increasingly in demand in the area of IT employment law and strategic employer representation. Before joining us as Counsel in July 2022, she worked at Advant Beiten and as an Associated Partner at BLUEDEX Labor Law.

Furthermore at the Frankfurt office, attorney Andreas Reisner was appointed Counsel as of January 1, 2025. The 35-year-old began his career as a lawyer with us, worked as an associate at CMS Hasche Sigle in employment law for a good two years in between and returned to us as an associate in July 2022. Mr. Reisner advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law.

With both appointments, SCHWEIBERT LESSMANN is relying on organic growth from its own ranks and is starting the new year in a stronger position.
