Mengel on Mengel: Employment law is a challenge for any organization: complex structures, always changing, often overregulated. I’m happy to assist my clients in determining the right direction when it comes to making decisions and acting as their service provider to implement them.

Her long term clients include German and foreign companies, associations and public institutions of all sizes, from DAX 30 companies to start-ups.
